More than 500 prisoners enthusiastically got themselves examined in the health check-up camp organized in Divisional Jail, Gorakhpur under the aegis of Indian Red Cross Society, Gorakhpur. Medicines were also distributed to them, spectacles were also provided to 30 prisoners after the examination.

Jail Superintendent Dr. D.K. Pandey praised the wonderful efforts of Indian Red Cross Society, Gorakhpur in the program of distribution of medicines and spectacles by the doctors who were experts in various diseases after examining the prisoners.
